Standard quotations do not automatically include:

• Clearing workspaces
• Waste or rubbish disposal
• Sanding, filling, or repairing imperfections
• Deep cleaning after works
• Fixing wear-and-tear unrelated to the job
• Rehanging blinds, fixtures, or fittings
• Odd jobs not listed in the original quotation

These can be added upon request as chargeable extras or variations.

For safety and efficiency, clients are asked to ensure:
• Rooms are cleared before the team arrives
• Personal belongings are removed
• Pathways and work areas are unobstructed
